• Stretching for Computer Workers - If you spend all day hunched over a keyboard, this workshop is for you. Learn a series of stretches and strengthening exercises to relieve pain and improve posture.

• Short Memoir: Writing Your Own Story - Do you wish you could capture your memories in writing? This workshop will help you turn your anecdotes into a gripping personal essays. 

• As I Heard It: Writing Someone Else's Story - Learn how to plan an interview and structure a piece of writing about another person. We'll cover as-told-to, creative nonfiction, and feature profile styles so you can choose the format that's right for the story.

• How to Write about Research for a General Audience - Increase the impact of your academic or corporate work by converting your research into readable op-eds, blog posts, or articles for the general public.
